99xx Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use

By accessing or using the 99xx platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and 99xx reserves the right to amend them at any time. Withdrawal requests may take a designated amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed. If an incorrect credit occurs due to a technical error, 99xx reserves the right to reclaim that amount and the user will be notified accordingly. Any form of fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or playing games with automated software on the 99xx platform is strictly prohibited. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity will result in legal action and the relevant authorities will be notified. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
